I love helping my clients reach their health, fitness, and wellness goals through varied, plentiful, and well-balanced nutrition.
I honor each individual's lived experience, cultural background, and right to self-determination.
I personalize my approach to each client, making sure to honor the cultural and emotional aspects of food.
I care deeply about finding the best nutrition approach for each individual and helping it to fit into each person's own unique lifestyle.
I help clients eat intuitively, taking an inclusive, non-diet, weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size® approach. There is zero judgment in our sessions.
I believe nutrition can look different for everyone. There is no one-size-fits-all approach and my work with my clients reflects this.
I believe food should be fun, nourishing to the mind, body, and soul, and not stressful.
I see movement, sleep, stress management, and nutrition as being deeply intertwined.
I have special expertise in helping vegans and vegetarians eat in a way that is sustainable and nourishing. You do not need to be interested in vegan or vegetarian ways of eating to work with me. I work with everyone--vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores.
I have additional expertise in healthy aging, nutrition for cognitive health, and anti-inflammatory nutrition. My focus is always on the holistic health of the mind, body, and soul.
I'm a registered dietitian (RD) and a licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN).
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Literary Arts from Brown University and went on to complete my nutrition coursework at Simmons College.
Following my dietetic internship in which I completed rotations in clinical, community, private practice, and food service settings, I worked as a clinical dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital.
I subsequently worked in the outpatient and nutrition research spaces before opening my own nutrition practice.
I have over seven years of experience helping patients and clients live their happiest lives through the power of food, holistic nutrition, and intuitive eating.
